• Floating Ball Tool: Quick access to various functions for convenience.
• Screen Annotation: Support for pen, arrows, rectangles, and other annotation styles.
• Floating Text Display: Show custom text anywhere on the screen.
• Personalized Settings: Customize the style and interaction of the floating ball.
• Add images and text on screen, extract text, screen translation, and screenshot features to improve learning and recording efficiency.

Service Changes

We reserve the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate part or all of the Service according to business development or legal requirements without prior notice.

3. User Rights and Obligations

• You have the right to use the Service features under the premise of complying with this Agreement.
• You may manage your personal information or delete your account through account settings at any time.

Intellectual property of content uploaded or generated by you belongs to you or the original rights holder. You grant us a non-exclusive global license to use such content to provide the Service.

6. Disclaimer

Service Availability

We will strive to maintain continuous and secure service, but we are not liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, network failures, etc.);
• Losses caused by improper user operation.

Exemption Conditions

• If user content infringes rights and the platform removes or blocks the content timely after notification, the platform is not liable for compensation.
• If user content is deemed illegal, infringing, violent, or vulgar, the platform may delete it and restrict account usage without prior notice.
