• Device information: such as device model, system version, unique device identifier (Android ID), IP address, etc. We collect this information only to:
  • Ensure account security and service stability;
  • Prevent malicious multiple registrations, duplicate new user rewards, and other behaviors that may harm platform order and user rights;
  • Enable multi-device management and restrict the same account to log in on a maximum of three devices simultaneously. You may remove a device's login status in Settings → Device Management, but the device identifier will continue to be retained for security purposes;
  • Ensure compatibility and user experience across different devices.

3. Purpose of Using Information

• Core functionality: For identity verification, account management, and floating ball interactions.
• Service improvement: Help locate errors and improve compatibility and stability.
• Security and compliance: Detect system anomalies and protect account security.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

• Information will only be shared with your explicit consent.
• When using infrastructure services (e.g., cloud storage, analytics), we ensure that partners comply with data protection obligations.
• We may disclose information if required by regulatory authorities, courts, or other legal processes.

5. Data Storage and Security

1. Storage location: All data is stored within the People's Republic of China.

2. Retention period: Information is stored only while you use the Service. After account deletion, data will be deleted or anonymized.

3. Security measures:

• Use SSL encryption, access control, local storage isolation, etc.
• Regular vulnerability scans and system security assessments.

6. Your Rights

• Access and modification: You can view and update account information in "Profile".
• Account deletion: You can initiate account deletion in settings, which will be processed within a reasonable time.
• Revoke authorization: You can manage permissions in system settings; some features may be affected.
• Feedback: If you discover misuse of your data, contact us via the "Feedback" option in settings.

7. Third-Party Services

• Tencent Cloud Storage: Used solely to store floating ball styles and avatars. Data is limited to UI display and does not include sensitive personal information. Tencent Cloud ensures strict security measures.
• Alipay Payment: Integrated for purchasing membership or points. Payment is handled independently by Alipay; we do not store your account password or sensitive information, following Alipay's privacy policy.
• Volcano Ark AI Services: Provides AI support. Data transmission and processing comply with privacy protection requirements to ensure security.

8. Policy Updates

If there are significant changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you in-app. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updates.
